From high-volume brew pubs to community-driven hangout spots, we are passionate about great food, strong teams, and creating welcoming spaces our guests return to again and again. We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team in Eugene, supporting kitchen operations across multiple locations. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in running organized, efficient kitchens. The Role We're seeking a full-time Kitchen Manager to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, support back-of-house teams, and help ensure consistency in food quality, ordering, inventory, and execution across locations. This role is based in Eugene and requires the ability to travel between restaurant locations as needed. The right candidate is organized, dependable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable balancing leadership, systems, and hands-on kitchen support. Pay $23 to $25 per hour depending on experience Plus tip potential Full-time position Requirements Minimum 2 years of kitchen leadership or kitchen management experience preferred Strong knowledge of food ordering, inventory, and cost controls Experience leading and supporting kitchen teams in a restaurant environment Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen compliance standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to travel between Eugene-area locations as needed Current Food Handlers Card, or ability to obtain before starting Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations and support smooth back-of-house execution Manage food ordering, inventory levels, and vendor coordination Monitor food quality, prep standards, and consistency across shifts Support scheduling, training, coaching, and accountability for kitchen staff Help manage labor, food cost, and waste controls Ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, and operational standards Partner with leadership to improve kitchen systems and support overall performance Step in as a hands-on leader during service as needed Why Work With Us Competitive hourly pay plus tip potential Opportunity to support multiple locations and grow with a local restaurant group Collaborative leadership team and supportive culture Stable, full-time opportunity with room for advancement A chance to make a real impact on kitchen operations and team success If you are a strong kitchen leader who takes pride in running organized, efficient operations and supporting great teams, we'd love to hear from you.
