Lightwell Hotel + Spa | Hood River, OR Are you a hospitality leader who loves creating memorable guest experiences, building high-performing teams, and leading vibrant restaurant operations? Lightwell Hotel + Spa is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our growing food and beverage program. This leadership role is responsible for the daily operations of multiple outlets, including our lobby bar, rooftop, café, and future signature restaurant. You'll work closely with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional service while helping shape one of Hood River's premier hospitality destinations. What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of multiple food & beverage outlets Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop an outstanding team Create schedules that maximize service and labor efficiency Drive revenue through exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs while implementing waste reduction strategies Maintain inventory controls and ordering processes Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency Partner with Hotel and Spa leadership to create seamless guest experiences across the property Cross-train team members across outlets to build flexibility and support business needs Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture What We're Looking For 2-5 years of restaurant management experience Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment Knowledge of restaurant financials, inventory management, and cost controls Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Current Oregon Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit (or ability to obtain upon hire) Why Join Lightwell?
