We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can lead from the floor, inspire a team, and thrive in a high-volume environment while maintaining the personal touch that sets us apart.

What You'll Do:

Lead day-to-day front and/or back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor during peak service times Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver outstanding hospitality Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, and cleanliness Manage scheduling, labor costs, and productivity to meet business goals Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff Partner with ownership to uphold the restaurant's culture, values, and reputation Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, high-volume environment A true passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable Proven ability to manage in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Solid understanding of labor management, cost controls, and operations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
