Opening Operations Manager @ M&J Management Corp./Mcdonalds Start the day strong and lead your team to success. As an Opening Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role in ensuring the restaurant is fully prepared to deliver an outstanding customer experience from the moment the doors open. You'll lead the morning shift, coach and develop crew members, maintain McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC), and drive operational excellence throughout your shift. This position is ideal for an experienced leader who enjoys fast-paced environments, takes pride in organization and food safety, and thrives on building high-performing teams. Responsibilities As an Opening Operations Manager, you will: Lead and motivate the opening shift team Prepare the restaurant for daily operations Ensure food safety and operational compliance Maintain exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards Manage inventory and product levels Coach, train, and develop crew members Complete opening procedures and daily operational checklists Monitor labor, productivity, and shift performance Ensure restaurant safety and security standards are followed Deliver outstanding customer service Communicate effectively with leadership and incoming management teams Support scheduling and restaurant operations as needed Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum two years of restaurant shift management experience preferred Strong leadership and coaching skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Why Join M&J Management/Mcdonald's?
