General Manager:

Experience with Pizza in a Carry Out / Delivery operation. Passion for the business and compassion for our customers. Outstanding leadership and communication skills. Ability to recruit, develop, and motivate team members. A strong Team Player. Organized with great attention to detail. Ability to prepare the highest quality food. Ability to provide excellent customer service. As the General Manager, you will play a vital role in our success, serving as a role model and teacher to your team. Your responsibilities will include leading, developing, training, and motivating your team and fellow managers to create high-performing teams that deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. You will be instrumental in building sales and ticket counts, identifying and nurturing potential leaders within the team, and maintaining consistently high standards in service and cleanliness.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods. Frequent bending and kneeling. Regular lifting (25 - 50 pounds). Ability to travel to other restaurants, Area Office, etc. as needed.

Equipment Use:

Ability to use POS System keyboard and computer. Ability to use general restaurant equipment (oven, fryer, slicer, mixer, etc.).

Ability to come to work promptly and regularly. Ability to take direction and work well with others. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames. Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately. Pay:

$54,200.00 - $58,800.00 per year
