Mm! Pizza in McMurray has the perfect position for you! We are currently hiring for the role of Shift Manager. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in the restaurant's operations, taking charge in the absence of the General Manager. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring that orders are prepared and delivered promptly to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. You'll be in charge of a small crew of cooks and drivers, assigning prep tasks and cleaning projects to maintain the store's cleanliness according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Satisfaction:
Your priority will be to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. You will address any issues or concerns promptly, striving to provide the best possible experience.
Food Quality and Cost Goals:
As a Shift Manager, you will manage and motivate the team members to achieve the highest food quality while keeping costs under control.
Store Cleanliness:
Maintaining a clean and organized store is essential, and you will be responsible for ensuring it meets the company's cleanliness standards. Additionally, you will be accountable for balancing the cash drawer and completing daily and nightly paperwork, ensuring smooth and accurate financial transactions. We offer a competitive base pay of $15 per hour for this position, and our average Shift Manager has the opportunity to earn an additional $2
  • 4 per hour in credit card and cash tips, which are paid nightly.
