Working Outside Responsibilities & Functions:

Completes monthly analysis and reporting of restaurant sales levels and profitability. E 3. Creates, organizes, and executes marketing activities such as promotional events and discount schemes on a weekly basis. E 4. Prepares various reports by the end of each shift and week including staffing, food control, and sales. E 5. Creates and executes plans for departmental sales and profits. E 6. Develops and manages annual budgets in conjunction with senior leadership. E 7. Plans and coordinates menus, menu items, and pricing strategies. E 8. Provides effective leadership, training, direction to staff. E 9. Manages staffing schedules for all shifts in accordance with expected volumes. E 10. Oversees staff in Pub and café including training, performance management, and employee issues. E 11. E Manages, operates, and trains staff on POS system. E Conducts monthly inventory and orders supplies as needed. Monthly inventory to be completed on the last day of each month upon closing or prior to opening the 1st of the next month. Ensuring current costs are up to date. E Prepares cash drawers and provides petty cash as required. E Understands and carries out emergency procedures if need arises. Helps in Pub and café as staffing dictates. Performs all other duties assigned by management. Cooperates and coordinates with PISA staff (meetings, events, etc) Coordinates with PISA GM the hiring, onboarding, and exiting of employees. Coordinates with GM on weekly deposits and quarterly budgets. Shared Responsibilities 1. Inspects facility multiple times on a daily basis, identifies issues and takes necessary steps to correct items needing attention 2. Responds to emergency requests; troubleshoots issues to determine cause and solution 3. Provides effective direction and leadership to hourly staff 4. Provides outstanding customer service and responds to any customer concerns on a timely basis 5. Coordinates Strategic Planning and goal setting with GM and quarterly reporting to ownership, president, and GM 6. Maintain awareness of market and industry trends 7. Works at generating new business and growing PISA 8. Responsible for safety and security of the employees and patrons 9. Prepare facility for and manage bigger events/rentals 10. Works with management team to assure facility is properly opened and closed throughout the week 11.
