We're looking for a motivated Front Room Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest has an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations Lead, support, and coach hosts, servers, and bartenders Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally Coordinate seating Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restaurant standards Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service Help train new team members and promote a positive team environment

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and problem solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
