Job Description

Terrain Café is a chef-driven, garden-to-table restaurant that celebrates seasonal ingredients and the art of gathering through thoughtful menus and warm, welcoming spaces rooted in craftsmanship and heartfelt hospitality. The Associate Floor Manager leads hourly teams to deliver a best-in-class brand experience, overseeing floor operations to ensure our signature standards of hospitality are met. The Associate Floor Manager works in collaboration with the General Manager and AGM, reaching targets for controllable spending, including labor and sales.

Commitment Expectations Approximately 40 hours per week Available nights, weekends, and holidays as identified by brand leadership, to include promotional days, brand events, emergency, and PTO coverage Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays both planned and unplanned within reason, as needed Qualifications 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory experience Experience with restaurant technical applications, including POS & OpenTable Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours) Ability to reach, bend and stoop Benefits As an URBN employee, your health and well-being are among our highest priorities.
