As an Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and food quality control Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a positive work environment Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for busy periods and special events Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering supplies as needed to minimize waste and optimize costs Conduct staff training sessions on food safety, food handling, customer service, and operational procedures Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management and staff training capabilities Knowledge of POS systems; experience with cash handling and financial transactions Familiarity with food safety management practices and health regulations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Excellent communication skills for effective managerial communication and team leadership Basic math skills for inventory control, budgeting, and profit/loss analysis Experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred; banquet, catering, or bar experience is a plus Join us to lead a vibrant hospitality team where your leadership will inspire excellence!
