Shift Manager Location:

Tastyland - Greensburg, PA Tastyland is looking for a friendly, dependable Shift Manager to join our Greensburg team! This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with customers, supporting a team, and jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. What You'll Do Help lead and support team members throughout the shift Take customer orders and operate the register Prepare ice cream treats, burgers, and other menu items Learn and work both the grill and ice cream areas Provide friendly, quality customer service Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked Help ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently Follow food safety and sanitation standards What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or food service experience required Previous management or leadership experience preferred Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with customers Ability to lead by example and jump in alongside the team Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Evening and weekend availability required Why Join Tastyland?
