- Support daily restaurant operations and lead shifts
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Drive guest satisfaction and resolve concerns
- Manage scheduling, labor, and productivity
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales and profit goals Qualifications to be an AGM
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- P&L Familiarity
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Ability to lead from the floor and hold teams accountable
