Job Description
Grove City County Market is looking for courteous, customer-focused Co-Assistant Deli Manager who is committed to providing customers with the best service possible. The Co-Assistant Deli Manager will assist in everyday operations, and overseeing staff. Shifts would include Daylights, evenings and weekends.
Co-Assistant Deli Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervising deli employees and assigning daily tasks.
- Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and health regulations are followed.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and reducing waste.
- Assisting with employee training, scheduling, and performance.
- Providing customer service and resolving customer concerns.
- Helping meet sales, labor, and profitability goals.
- Taking charge of the department when the Deli Manager is absent.
