• Oversee Employees/Restaurant operations when General Manager is not available at Bella Fiona Ristorante.
• Must be available for day, night and weekend shifts, Wednesday - Sunday (flexible schedule).
• Maintain Bella Fiona standards with everything from service to food and restaurant appearance.
• Must be responsible and dependable and willing to oversee all opening and closing procedures when needed.
• Must be comfortable in a supervisory role to keep staff busy and working in an orderly and respectful manner and that all daily tasks are completed satisfactorily.
• Must learn all aspects of the POS including but not limited to, placing orders, taking reservations, adding new employees, changing pricing for special items, and closing out the shifts.
• Set up tables for the following shift for large reservations when needed.
• Must be able to learn all menu items to effectively serve customers.
• Serving customers is required, previous server experience preferred.
• Team player with a positive attitude essential!
