As an Assistant Manager , you'll help lead the restaurant every day—from supporting hiring and training, to delivering the highest-quality customer service, to helping meet sales goals while serving the most delicious sandwiches. You'll be an essential part of our leadership team. Role Overview The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by helping manage daily operations for a single restaurant and driving key performance outcomes. You'll operate under the direction of the RGM and directly lead a team of Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members (typically 4-8 employees). What You'll Do You'll set the pace and the example. We'll teach you how to make a sub, but we're looking for a leader who can guide the crew with confidence, enthusiasm, and consistency. REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 year of management experience required. Open availability required, including weekends and all scheduled shifts. Proven cash handling experience required. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) desired. Provide top-notch customer service at all times. Ability to lead, coach, and develop a strong team.
