+ Bar is a neighborhood restaurant that features fresh, seasonal and locally sourced foods and an extensive wine and craft cocktail list. As a Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. Your role involves managing staff, scheduling shifts, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, you will be involved in inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your aim is to contribute to the overall success and profitability of the restaurant while creating a positive dining experience for guests. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for excelling in this role. Required Skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts. Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively Outstanding people skills Trustworthy and results-driven May include nights, weekends and/or holidays.
