Full-Time About the Opportunity A premier hospitality and dining establishment in the Pocono Mountains is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and front-of-house service Hire, train, coach, and mentor a diverse team of 25+ hourly employees Create staff schedules and manage labor costs Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high service standards Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Partner with culinary and leadership teams to drive operational success Monitor inventory, staffing, and financial performance Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company standards Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience in fine dining and service-focused restaurants Experience hiring, training, and developing large hourly front-of-house teams Proven ability to meet financial goals and manage P&L performance Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Strong leadership and team-building abilities Experience managing labor, scheduling, and operational costs Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
