Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's operations, including food preparation, customer service, and financial management. Duties:

• Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including food safety and quality control.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and labor costs.
• Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that financial goals are met.
• Coordinate catering services and events.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
• Provide help to employees as needed, including training and mentoring.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms.
• Ensure that all restaurant equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly.
• Manage the restaurant's POS system, including Aloha POS, to track sales and inventory.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food preparation meets our high standards.
• Provide bartending services as needed.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a General Manager or in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in food preparation and hospitality management.
• Experience with POS systems, including Aloha POS.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• A commitment to excellent customer service and a passion for providing a positive dining experience.
• Physical stamina to perform the duties of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
