Required Years of Experience 3 years Job Details For our Kitchen Manager, we're seeking a skilled, passionate person to lead daily kitchen operations preparing Mediterranean-inspired small plates with seasonal ingredients and fresh artisan-style pizza. Working closely with management and owners, you'll be responsible for executing the culinary vision, managing the BOH team, and ensuring every dish meets our high standards of flavor, presentation, and hospitality. 🧑🍳 Responsibilities Oversee daily prep, service, and kitchen flow, ensuring consistency and quality across all stations.
Implement and uphold food safety, sanitation, and organizational standards.
Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
Execute the Executive Chef's menu vision while offering input on seasonal specials and prep efficiencies.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships in coordination with the Executive Chef.
Ensure timely communication with FOH staff regarding 86'd items, pacing, and special requests.
Maintain prep lists, closing checklists, and daily task sheets to ensure smooth operations. 🧂 Qualifications 3+ years experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of Mediterranean cuisine, small plate service, and seasonal cooking.
Skilled pizza-making knowledge or willingness to learn under Executive Chef Excellent organizational and communication skills.
