This hands-on Restaurant General Manager role offers the opportunity to lead a successful independent restaurant and bar with a loyal following, a team of more than 20 employees, and the support of an experienced hospitality ownership group that believes in developing great managers, not simply filling positions. You'll oversee guest experience, financial performance, staffing, labor management, and daily execution while helping maintain a culture built around hospitality, accountability, and teamwork. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant and bar operations Manage overall restaurant performance and P&L Develop schedules and manage labor costs Process payroll Oversee purchasing, ordering, receiving, and inventory Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Deliver exceptional guest experiences Lead managers and hourly employees during service Build a positive, accountable team culture Ensure operational consistency across every shift Qualifications Minimum two years of restaurant management experience General Manager or Restaurant Manager experience preferred Experience managing both restaurant and bar operations preferred Strong P&L management experience Experience with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and purchasing Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Strong leadership and communication skills Self-motivated, collaborative, and dependable Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds English required Spanish is a plus Restaurant Systems Toast POS How to Apply Please submit your resume with full contact information and two professional references from previous supervisors.
