Shifts:
Confidently run daily opening or closing procedures, ensuring the restaurant is secure, clean, and perfectly set up for success.Drive Guest Experience:
Set the pace for fast, friendly hospitality and immediately resolve any customer issues with a smile. Protect theBottom Line:
Keep a close eye on ticket times, watch portion controls to minimize food waste, and manage real-time staffing levels to hit labor targets. Build aPositive Culture:

Enforce strict guidelines for food safety, operational cleanliness, and cash management handling throughout your shift.What We Are Looking For Experience:
Some restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience is required; prior crew lead or light management exposure is highly preferred.Availability:
Strong flexibility to consistently work opening shifts (early morning setup) or closing shifts (late night wrap-up), including weekends.Mindset:
A positive attitude, a passion for quick-service hospitality, and a desire to learn basic restaurant financials.Communication:
Clear, friendly communication skills to effectively direct team members and interact with our loyal local guests.Hospitality:
