Description A dynamic person to manage the bar program for a private veterans' club. We are very excited about our project and seek a candidate to match our enthusiasm. Applicant must be PA Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certified and able to apply all points of that program to daily operations. Applicant must be physically able to carry out all bartending duties through a busy shift. Applicant must have bar management experience, including daily accounting, inventory upkeep, ordering and weekly cost management. Applicant must be able to manage a diverse staff, including scheduling. Applicant must be able to apply creativity to the bar program and special events.
