Concordia of Franklin Park Personal Care Home in Sewickley, PA is seeking a dedicated and passionate Dietary Manager to join their culinary team. As a Dietary Manager , you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection and served in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for supervising the kitchen staff along with managing inventory and ordering food and supplies. This position comes with competitive pay and increases with experience! If medical benefits are not needed, employees can earn an additional $1.50/hour more with the insurance supplement. Qualifications of a
Dietary Manager:
Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED Cooking experience in a long term care setting preferred ServSafe Certified Previous management experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively. CDM considered but not required Essential duties and responsibilities of aDietary Manager:
Food preparation Meal production and coordination Maintains clean and sanitary spaces Proper documentation Evaluates food quality and taste to assure resident satisfaction.
