The position will be to oversee the day to day operations of one of our locations. This is includes but not limited to: Managing food cost and food orders Managing labor cost and schedules Dealing with employee related issues Hiring/Firing Marketing Working shifts at the locations Doing inventory every week Placing truck and Pepsi orders Keeping the stores cleanliness up to par Keeping employees mural up Making sure store opens on time everyday no matter what Keeping employees on task and busy Requirements for the position include: A valid drivers license and insurance Must have a car and be able to travel when needed Must have a working cell phone at all times Must be able to work late nights as we are open until four a.m. Management experience preferred The more you are able to handle and exceed in D.P. Dough the more you will be compensated for the hard work and achievements you accomplish.
