Are you an experienced Restaurant General Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in West Chester, PA? We're searching for a dedicated professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in casual fine dining to lead our restaurant to continued success.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service, to ensure a memorable dining experience. Implement strategies to maximize revenue, manage inventory, and uphold health and safety standards. Train and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations. Foster positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to support business growth. Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Oversee and grow daily operations Curate a competitive and inspiring beverage menu, namely a wine program Build and lead a motivated, guest-inspired team Establish and maintain service standards in line with group expectations Interact with guests and gather feedback Ability to problem solve and pivot to daily needs Complying with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests Controlling cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation Scheduling labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed as needed and labor cost objectives are met. Controlling costs and usage by following proper requisition of products from storage areas, product storage procedures, standard recipes, and waste control procedures. Cultivate a culture of YES hospitality.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced casual dining restaurant environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and pricing strategies. Comfortable with technology, including POS systems and restaurant management software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. RAMP and ServSafe certification
