In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a talented team of hospitality professionals. Your passion for the food and beverage industry, combined with strong management skills, will drive the success of our establishment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to create memorable experiences for guests while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Duties Lead and supervise all bar operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Train, mentor, and develop staff in food preparation, serving techniques, and POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Oversee food handling, food safety management, and sanitation procedures to meet health regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure seamless food production and timely service Implement staff training programs focused on customer service excellence, team leadership, and hospitality standards Conduct shift management duties including scheduling, supervising team members, and resolving customer issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with a focus on food preparation and service Strong background in restaurant management, including supervising teams and managing hospitality operations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and kitchen management practices Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, staff training, and customer interaction Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis Previous experience in managing hospitality teams with a focus on team training & development Demonstrated leadership in managing food production, catering events or banquet services is preferred Experience in managing budgets, conducting interviews for hiring staff, and overseeing shift management responsibilities Join us as a key leader in our hospitality team where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
