This person works alongside our Catering Event Coordinator and Sales Manager to carry out the event plan, while serving as the lead for the on site team. This is a part-time, per diem, on-call position. Responsibilities Lead the event team on site while actively helping with service. Confirm that all food and supplies have arrived and are ready for the event. Make sure food is placed correctly and presented according to the event plan. Guide servers to ensure guests receive attentive, professional service. Help the team with setup and pack-out. Communicate with the Catering Event Coordinator and Sales Manager about event needs and any changes on site. Lead by example and help resolve issues as they arise. Qualifications Experience in catering, events, hospitality, or food service leadership preferred. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to guide a team while working alongside them. Availability for part-time, per diem, on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends as events require.
