This is a direct-hire opportunity for a strategic, brand-savvy marketing professional with strong Food and Beverage or FMCG experience. This Marketing Manager role offers the opportunity to join a stable and beloved consumer brand during an exciting phase of growth. The position begins with 100 percent remote flexibility for the first 8 to 10 months while a new state-of-the-art facility is being completed in City of Industry, CA. After that period, the role will transition to an on-site leadership position at the new facility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of brand strategy, consumer insights, product marketing, retail activation, and cross-functional leadership. - Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, consumer engagement, and product demand within the Food and Beverage and FMCG markets.
- Lead product marketing efforts across the full life cycle, including market research, positioning, go-to-market planning, launch strategy, and retail activation.
- Analyze consumer insights, sales performance, competitive activity, and market trends to optimize pricing, packaging, promotions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with sales, product development, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and executed successfully.
- Support brand growth through data-driven storytelling, campaign performance analysis, channel strategy, and consumer-focused messaging.
- Help establish marketing processes, priorities, and strategic direction as the company transitions into its new City of Industry facility.
Qualifications:
- Lead brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns for Food and Beverage or FMCG products.
Manage product launches, go-to-market plans, market positioning, and retail activation strategies. Use consumer insights, sales data, and market trends to improve promotional ROI and brand performance. Partner cross-functionally with sales, product development, supply chain, and leadership teams. 7+ years of dedicated marketing experience, with strong experience in Food and Beverage, FMCG, or consumer packaged goods. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth, consumer loyalty, and retail success. Strong understanding of product life cycle management, consumer research, competitive positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotional planning. Ability to translate market data and consumer insights into creative, effective marketing campaigns. Experience collaborating with internal teams across sales, operations, product development, and supply chain. Self-driven, agile, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment during the initial phase of the role. Willing and able to transition to an on-site role in City of Industry, CA after the initial 8 to 10 month remote period. Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing instant noodle, beverage, snack, pantry, or other high-velocity consumer food products. Background supporting retail, grocery, club, mass, convenience, or Asian market channels. Experience with brand renovation, new product launches, packaging optimization, and consumer promotions.
- Prior experience helping scale a brand, launch a new facility, or support marketing during a period of company growth. Compensation and Benefits
- Direct-hire, full-time opportunity.
- Salary range: $140,000 to $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Work arrangement: 100 percent remote for the first 8 to 10 months, then on-site in City of Industry, CA.
