FOOD SERVICE MANAGER

Circle C Stores Circle C Stores is seeking an experienced, hands-on Multi-Site Food Service Manager to lead and strengthen food operations across multiple locations. This is a leadership role—not simply a restaurant management position. The ideal candidate will develop people, maintain high standards, control costs, and ensure consistent operations across all locations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily food service operations across multiple Circle C locations Recruit, train, develop, and hold team members accountable Establish and maintain consistent operating standards across all locations Monitor food costs, labor costs, waste, inventory, and profitability Manage ordering, inventory levels, vendor relationships, and product availability Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and customer service Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements Review sales and operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement Develop schedules and staffing plans based on business needs Conduct regular location visits and operational inspections Help develop menus, promotions, pricing, and new food service opportunities Work directly with ownership to improve and expand Circle C's food operations Step in and lead from the floor when necessary What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in restaurant, convenience-store food service, or multi-unit management Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience managing P&L, labor, food costs, inventory, and margins Excellent organizational and communication skills The ability to manage multiple locations and priorities A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation A results-driven mindset and high standards Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between locations Flexibility to provide leadership support when needed What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus and incentive opportunities 401(k) Insurance benefits The opportunity to take ownership of a growing food service operation Direct involvement with company leadership Advancement opportunities as Circle C Stores continues to expand We Want a Builder We're looking for more than someone who simply maintains the status quo.
