- Requirements & Qualifications (Must Haves)
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant management, with the ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff and management teams
- Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals
- Hands-on experience with daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills

Staff Management:
Recruit, hire, train, and coach restaurant staff and management teams to create a positive work culture and ensure performance standards are met
Operational Oversight:
Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service
Financial Management:
Oversee budgets, manage payroll, and track sales to meet or exceed financial goals
Customer Experience:
Guarantee a high-quality guest experience, resolve customer concerns, and foster long-term relationships
Strategic Planning:
Develop and strategies to achieve business objectives, drive growth, and improve overall performance
Inventory & Vendor Management:
Monitor and control inventory levels, coordinate with vendors to maintain consistent supply and manage costsRestaurant General Manager
- Preferred Background & Skills (Nice to Haves)
- Multi-unit or high-volume restaurant leadership experience
- History of achieving measurable improvements in sales growth and profitability
