Kirkbrae Country Club is seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager to lead our front-of-house dining operation. We are looking for a hands-on hospitality professional who is visible on the floor, builds relationships with members, develops staff, and takes ownership of the overall dining experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily dining room and front-of-house operations. Lead, train, schedule, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff. Maintain a strong management presence during service. Build relationships with members and ensure an exceptional dining experience. Set clear service standards and hold staff accountable. Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities. Maintain dining room appearance, cleanliness, and organization. Handle member concerns professionally and promptly. Work closely with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee performance management. Ensure compliance with Club policies, health regulations, and safety standards. Qualifications 3-5 years of management experience in a private club, fine dining, upscale restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment. Private club experience preferred. Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team. Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and hospitality standards. Excellent communication and member-service skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and Club events.
