Ensure compliance with food safety management standards and health regulations. Handle managerial responsibilities including scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance management. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry. Strong managerial communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams. Experience with POS systems and shift management tools. Knowledge of food safety management practices and health regulations.
