Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Assistant Manager Starting at $20 per hour. We're looking for a motivated, dependable Assistant Manager who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer service, and helping run a successful restaurant. As an assistant manager, you'll work closely with the general manager to lead the team, maintain high operational standards and create a positive environment for both employees and customers.
What You'll Do:
- Help lead day to day restaurant operations
- Coach, train, and develop crew members and managers
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness and food safety.
- Assist with scheduling and ordering.
- Monitor labor, food, and other controllable expenses.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cash control procedures.
- Help identify and develop future leaders.
