• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline \n
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees \n
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant \n
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction \n
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training \n
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures \n
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps \n
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times \n
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory \n
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures \n
