Manager - Beer Hall Manager The Guild Pawtucket (Pawtucket, RI)
Job Description:
The Guild Brewing Company, Rhode Island's largest craft brewery, is hiring a lead Manager at its flagship location in Pawtucket for its beer hall and beer garden. The Manager's position is responsible for executing all on-premise activities including management of staff, inventory control, POS systems and most importantly, executing a great customer experience in line with The Guild Brewing Company's brand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assisting in developing a comprehensive retail program
- Procurement and inventory management
- Day-to-day POS system and financial management
- Management of staff
- Assist in the development of the promotional calendar
- Working closely with events manager in execution of events and festivals
- Lead customer service - "Guest first mentality"
Requirements:
- 3+ years related experience in the bar/restaurant industry Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting ability Demonstrated ability to be successful in a collaborative team environment. Ability to manage others Proficient with POS program
- Deep understanding and appreciation of the craft beer industry Must be available to support 8-hour shift, weekend and holiday schedules as required.
