Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring efficient shift management and team collaboration Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally, creating a positive dining experience Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standards Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation Conduct staff training on food preparation basics, customer service techniques, POS operation, and safety protocols Monitor inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste Assist in managing restaurant operations during peak hours, including supervising food production coordination with kitchen staff and overseeing quick service & fast food restaurant workflows Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management roles with supervising responsibilities Strong background in restaurant management, including shift management, team leadership, and customer service excellence Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast; experience with cash handling and financial reconciliation Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling procedures in casual dining or fine dining settings Experience in managing hospitality teams within the food industry, including training & development initiatives Ability to perform basic math accurately for budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and inventory control Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and train staff effectively Prior experience in catering, banquet service, bar or coffee environments is a plus Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams with a focus on team training, motivation, and operational efficiency Join us to lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
