Duties Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts Support staff training and development to uphold high standards of food safety, customer service, and teamwork Manage food preparation processes, including cooking, food handling, and maintaining quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and ensure proper food storage practices Supervise team members during shift management, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance feedback Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff Contribute to budgeting efforts by analyzing profit and loss reports and supporting cost-control initiatives Participate in hiring interviews and staff onboarding to build a motivated and skilled team Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to foster guest loyalty and satisfaction Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated success in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management roles Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous Proven track record of supervising or managing hospitality teams in casual dining or similar settings Familiarity with inventory control, food safety protocols, and food production processes Strong communication skills for managerial tasks including training, coaching, and team leadership Basic math skills for cash handling, sales reconciliation, and profit analysis Experience with shift management, staff interviewing, and restaurant operations is a plus Background in culinary arts or hospitality management enhances your candidacy Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your leadership potential can flourish!
