We're seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager to help lead the opening and day-to-day operations of this landmark restaurant. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-profile launch from a respected Denver-based hospitality group, setting the tone for excellence from day one. Alteño, whose Denver flagship earned Michelin Recommendations in 2025 and 2026, represents the next chapter for Fonda Fina Hospitality, bringing Chef Johnny Curiel's innovative culinary vision and elevated dining experience to the Charleston market.
Your Role:
As Assistant General Manager, you will: Lead pre-opening preparations, including staff recruitment, training, and systems implementation Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations Manage guest relations, service standards, and operational consistency Collaborate with Chef Curiel and the culinary team to ensure brand alignment Handle scheduling, inventory management, and cost control Foster a positive team culture that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence Address guest concerns and maintain service quality standards We're looking for experienced hospitality leaders with strong operational expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Experience opening new restaurants is highly valued.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
