The ideal candidate will lead café team members, coordinate daily activities, maintain food and beverage quality, monitor inventory, and support consistent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily café operations and service activities. Lead, supervise, and support baristas and café team members. Coordinate daily tasks and shift activities to maintain efficient service. Monitor coffee, beverage, and food preparation for quality and consistency. Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and served promptly. Assist customers with menu questions, product selections, and service requests. Monitor POS transactions and support proper cash-handling procedures. Train, coach, and support employees on customer service and café procedures. Assist with staff scheduling, shift coverage, and daily assignments. Monitor coffee, food, beverage, packaging, and other operating supplies. Assist with inventory counts, ordering, receiving, and proper storage. Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary café, bar, and customer areas. Ensure equipment and workstations are properly cleaned and maintained. Address customer concerns professionally and communicate operational issues to management. Support smooth workflow during busy service periods. Follow food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company procedures. Assist with opening, closing, and other routine café management duties. Qualifications Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, hospitality, or retail management experience preferred. Experience supervising or leading customer-service team members. Knowledge of café operations and basic coffee and beverage preparation. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and time-management abilities. Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with POS systems, inventory procedures, and cash handling. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to train, coach, and support team members effectively. Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and service standards. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic. Comfortable standing and working for extended periods. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
