Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage kitchen staff, including cooks and servers, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation. Train and supervise new employees in food management practices and customer service protocols. Maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as necessary. Implement and manage POS systems, including Aloha POS, to streamline order processing and payment transactions. Develop and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration among staff. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction. Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales reports and implementing strategies for improvement. Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food management principles, kitchen operations, and quick service fast food restaurant dynamics. Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or similar technology. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting. Passion for hospitality management with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. Familiarity with coffee preparation and service is a plus.
