What You'll Do As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and profitably while delivering the outstanding service our guests expect.
Responsibilities include:
Leading daily restaurant operations and managing shifts Coaching, training, and developing team members Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving customer concerns Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and quality standards Managing labor, productivity, and operational performance Assisting with inventory, ordering, and truck deliveries Performing cash handling, deposits, and financial controls Supporting hiring, onboarding, and employee development Helping drive sales, profitability, and restaurant goals Creating a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment Assistant Managers play a critical role in helping the restaurant achieve operational excellence while preparing for future advancement opportunities. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred Quick-service or fast-food management experience is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service mindset Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (50 hour work weeks with overtime) High school diploma or GED preferred Reliable transportation Why Join Whiteford's?
