You will set the standard for every position on the team and wear many hats including customer service, cooking, staffing, marketing, and sales. Building relationships with our regulars and welcoming new newcomers alike is critical to creating the hometown breakfast destination. Balancing our in-store hospitality focus is the Brand's takeout reputation for speed and accuracy, it is a critical component to fill slow gaps and monitor flow during peak hours. General Manager Qualifications Include 2+ years of experience as a General Manager Demonstration of Front of House and Back of House restaurant leadership experience Experience with budgets, scheduling, payroll, COGS, P&L, sales forecasting, prep par levels Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, staff retainment, performance reviews Strong communication skills, solution driven problem-solving skills, idea execution proficiency, policy enforcement consistency, goal tracking and documentation Comfortable being active/on feet for extended periods of time Current Managerial ServSafe Certification Ability to occasionally lift 30-50 lbs.
