Job Description

Position Overview:
We're a hospitality group and we're looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead multiple revenue centers. This is a role for an experienced leader who knows how to run a high-standard restaurant profitably while building a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work. If you thrive on balancing the numbers with the guest experience, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Lead:
Own the day-to-day performance of the operation, from guest experience to the bottom line Set the financial plan — build budgets and capital plans, track performance against them, spot variances early, and course-correct before they become problems Manage labor strategically, using forecasting and scheduling tools to staff efficiently and protect margins Partner with vendors on pricing, contracts, and supplier selection; keep an eye on usage and cost trends and act when the numbers drift Keep the kitchen and floor running on well-maintained, properly operated equipment Uphold a safe, compliant, and spotless environment through consistent sanitation and food-quality standards Lead department head and one-on-one meetings that keep the team aligned on goals and clear on direction Safeguard confidential business information and company assets Take on additional priorities as the business requires What Makes You a
Strong Fit:
A track record of growing a business and improving profitability Confidence managing food costs and full P&L responsibility A feel for where the industry is heading, including the expectations that come with fine dining service Natural leadership and a talent for developing people Clear, effective communication across every level of a team
Must-Haves:
2-5 years leading a restaurant as a General Manager ServSafe and Food Handlers certifications Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check
