Duties As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Your duties will include:

• Managing and supervising front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
• Training new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
• Ensuring a smooth flow of service by coordinating with the kitchen staff
• Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitoring food quality and presentation to maintain high standards Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation guidelines

• Understanding of food handling safety regulations and procedures
