We're confidentially seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join one of our high-volume, well-established restaurants. What You'll Do As the Front of House Manager, you'll play a key role in leading daily restaurant operations while creating an environment where both guests and team members feel valued. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire a team of front-of-house professionals to deliver exceptional hospitality every day. Foster a positive, accountable, and energetic work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and shift management. Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and professionally resolve guest concerns when they arise. Recruit, interview, train, mentor, and develop team members while building a strong leadership pipeline. Create schedules that support business needs while effectively managing labor costs. Monitor service standards, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with company policies. Assist with inventory management, ordering, and controlling operating costs. Support financial performance by helping achieve sales, labor, and profitability goals. Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to continuously improve operations and the guest experience. What We're Looking For Previous management experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong food & beverage background with a passion for hospitality. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Positive, energetic leadership style with excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience with scheduling, labor management, and restaurant operations. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain) is preferred. Why Join Us?
