Metto Coffee & Tea is looking for a seasoned restaurant manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy, well-established local café. After 20 years in the community, we're proud of the reputation, and loyal customers we've built—and we're looking for an experienced General Manager to help us continue that success for years to come. The Opportunity As General Manager, you'll oversee a café that employs 20-25 team members and operates seven days a week . This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the restaurant business, knows how to build and retain a strong team, and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience.

What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of approximately 25 employees Oversee daily café operations and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and operational costs Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service Create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care Work closely with ownership to maintain and strengthen the café's long-standing reputation What We're Looking For Proven restaurant management experience —ideally as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role Strong leadership and communication skills A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service Experience managing, scheduling, and developing a team Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Someone who is dependable, energetic, and comfortable leading from the front A hands-on manager who understands that great restaurants are built around great people Why Join Us? 20 years in business.
