Overview We are seeking a dedicated & energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service, food safety, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of restaurant management to foster a welcoming environment that delights our guests and supports our team's success. Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house operations, including customer service, seating arrangements, and overall guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a positive team environment. Oversee food preparation and presentation standards to ensure quality and consistency in line with health regulations. Control inventory levels and assist with food management to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Handle shift management duties including scheduling, supervising staff performance, and resolving customer concerns promptly. Conduct staff training sessions on food safety, food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Requirements Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles with team leadership responsibilities. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast Knowledge of food safety management practices, inventory control, and food industry regulations. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and conduct interviews confidently. Strong organizational skills with experience in shift management, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food production oversight.
