Would manage and ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in the operations of the restaurant, including the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems. Provide leadership, direction, training and development to their management and crew team. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The GM must be able to stand for long periods without a break, travel to other restaurants, Area Office, etc. At least 18 years old and have High School Diploma or GED.
