The Dual General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations of both the hotel and event center. This position is accountable for driving financial performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and growing revenues across all business segments. The Dual General Manager serves as the primary leader for the property, ensuring seamless coordination between lodging, food and beverage, events, sales, marketing, maintenance, and guest service teams.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development:

Provide strategic direction across both properties; recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and associates; conduct leadership meetings, performance evaluations, and succession planning; and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, engagement, and service excellence by modeling and embedding the 4

E's of Leadership:

Energy, demonstrating a strong bias for action and embracing change; Energize, bringing positive energy and inspiring the team; Edge, making clear and timely "yes" or "no" decisions; and Execution, following through and consistently delivering results.

Financial Management:

Maintain full profit-and-loss responsibility; monitor revenue, labor, expenses, and profitability; identify opportunities to increase NOI, productivity, and operational efficiency; and consistently achieve financial goals and business objectives.

Hotel Operations:

Oversee all hotel departments, ensure compliance with brand standards and operating procedures, maintain inspection readiness, monitor guest satisfaction, and lead prompt and effective guest recovery.

Event Center Operations:

Oversee banquets, tournaments, meetings, concerts, trade shows, weddings, and special events; ensure exceptional execution and venue readiness; maximize event revenue with sales teams; and use event results to drive continuous improvement.

Food & Beverage Management:

Provide comprehensive oversight of all food and beverage operations across the hotel and event center, including restaurant, bars, banquets, catering, concessions, training, quality assurance, sanitation, liquor licensing, health-code compliance, and responsible alcohol service; partner with culinary and service leaders to deliver consistent product quality and exceptional guest experiences; and drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across every outlet and event.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Partner with sales, marketing, and revenue management to grow occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, event bookings, group and corporate business, ancillary revenue, and community partnerships while adapting strategies to market trends.

Guest Experience:

Champion a world-class experience across both businesses by setting and reinforcing standards for service excellence, cleanliness, safety, responsiveness, brand compliance, guest recovery, brand standards, and inspection readiness; monitoring feedback; and ensuring teams consistently create memorable experiences.

Facilities, Safety & Compliance:

Maintain hotel and event center facilities to exceptional standards; lead safety, risk management, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance efforts; and partner with maintenance leadership on preventative maintenance and capital improvement plans.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel, resort, event venue, or hospitality management, or comparable leadership experience at a similar level in a related industry. Demonstrated success leading multiple departments and revenue centers. Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and profit optimization. Experience managing large-scale events, banquets, conferences, and group business. Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive organizational performance.
