Job Description

As Site Manager in Edgemont, SD, you'll keep our Nutrition Site(s) running smoothly-so every meal service feels organized, welcoming, and on point. This role exists to protect quality, consistency, and a great participant experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead day-to-day site operations across assigned Nutrition Site(s) Track service flow, participant satisfaction, and food quality; address issues quickly Partner with the Nutrition Cook to help prepare meals that meet established standards Build and update menus that balance quality, variety, and guidelines Required qualifications/skills: Experience coordinating food service or site operations Strong organization, communication, and customer-service mindset Comfort monitoring quality and following standards consistently Ability to work onsite, full time Ready to steer a high-impact meal program? As the day unfolds, you'll jump in alongside the Nutrition Cook when needed, then shift into planning mode-sketching out upcoming menus and making sure the next service is set up for a strong finish. You wrap up knowing the details were handled and the site is ready to do it all again tomorrow.
